Rensselaer Polytechnic Instittue undergraduate student, Eva Mungai, shares her experiences and opportunities from participating in the Undergraduate Research Project (URP) program, at the Center for Flow Physics and Control (CeFPaC), under the direction of Michael Amitay.  "Because of my particaption in the URP program, I was able to get two internships at Boeing."
CeFPaC graduate student, Samantha Gildersleeve, has been selected to receive a travel subsidy grant to attend the 69th Annual APS Division of Fluid Dynamics Meeting in Portland, Oregon in November 2016. 
The first issue of RPI's MANE Student Research and Design Journal includes submissions for CeFPaC members, Annika Lindstrom and Jason Roman, undergraduate and co-terminal students, under the direction of graduate student mentor, Marianne Monastero and Professor Michael Amitay, Director of the Center for Flow Physics and Control. 
The 4th AAWE workshop addressed ongoing research in several fields regarding wind engineering including hurricane destruction patterns, tornado modeling, and downburst simulations.
Tyler Van Buren, obtained his Ph.D. in May 2013 under the direction of Professor Michael Amitay, Director of the Center for Flow Physics and Control (CeFPaC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
